I remember in Going Live when Philip was doing Joseph, they replaced him with Todd from Neighbours for a few weeks - he was awful!

Parallel 9 and the rest are all summer replacements so that's a seperate list.Technically The Saturday Show is a main show because it started all year round then when the evil Dick and Dom came along it was reduced to this ridiculous summer slot.Dick and Dom was a winter replacement.

A: has ITV cut the CITV budget or is it just the same?
if it just the same maybe there should bring back Kids TV on Saturday morning and just that!

Where's all the ITV shows, No 73, Motormouth, Tiswas, Gimme 5, Get Fresh, Ghost Train????
And Central's post Tiswas version of the Saturday Show(which should've been presented by Big Daddy the wrestler, but he pulled out a few days before show 1, resulting in a hastily reedited title sequence(loads ofcaption overlays ISTR!), presented by Tommy Boyd(then ex Magpie) & Isla St Clair(ex Larry Grayson Gen Game), or the 'follow up' Saturday Starship with Boyd & Bonnie Langford

Another thought, we see clips of Tiswas, but does any Saturday Scene exist? Would be interesting to compare to Tiswas if so!
(It must be ironic that the Tiswas reunion was filmed at the same studios as 'Scene'! Wonder if any mention will be made by Sally James as, I gather from web research, she was a presenter there too!)

And lots of laughing from cameramen/backstage etc which made the whole feel of the show real. imo

Da Bungalow had that as well... - particularly with some of the more "adult" style jokes that seemed to go over the kids heads!
