I'm no doctor but I would say she's probably unwell.

While we're on the subject of needless prying, how's your haemorrhoids?

Not "needless prying" - as a Radio 2 listener I'm just interested Gavin. Perhaps you've forgotten that people are actually are interested in programmes and those who present them.

Just a little sarcasm to make the day more zingy.

Nonetheless, I think if the nature of her illness was public it would have been in the BBC faq.

In all seriousnes though she has had health problems in the past and I hope it's not serious and she is OK.

EDIT: but Richard Allinson is rather wonderful also.

Yes, I rather think you are correct, Roger, regarding the increase in ratings. Undoubtedly, it's due to the presence of our Moira in her booth.

Why is this thread still running??
