The singer, 24, took exception when host Simon Amstell read extracts from an autobiography written by his wife, Big Brother winner Chantelle Houghton.

"Preston just stormed off," said a spokeswoman for the show. "He literally walked out of the building."

Co-host Bill Bailey picked a member of the audience to take Preston's place for the remainder of the recording.

Has this ever happened before? not even David guest walked out on them,

Hehehe!!! That boy has no sense of humour! Apparently it hasn't happened before. Can't wait to watch it. I think its going to be aired at the beginning of February. He's always been a pretentious little git. I do like the Ordinary Boys have done for years but since CBB Preston has changed. He's a proper pocket popstar these days.

Not particularly surprising. I hope he's not still doing that vile column for Attitude, which always just seemed to be the most pretentious string of adjectives he could muster up each month.

I'm not sure if he's still doing that but i can find out for you! In his defence, he is well read and very bright academically. He's a lot smarter than he's given credit for. It's just that he doesn't have the same sense of humour as the rest of us commoners. He is though, definately pretentious and he'll admit to that himself.

I'm surprised he didn't expect it, they always rip shreads of at least one of the guest panelest, Bill Oddie for example on the previous run.

I think he kind of knew what to expect as he was a guest on it in the Lamarr days. However, Amstell is a different kettle of fish. I need to watch it to see if Preston was justified in walking off the show. I still think it's funny though. And Amstell is a brilliant replacement for Lamarr infact i think Simon is a better host.

Have to agree regarding Amstell, I liked Lamarr presenting the show but Amstell really doesn't give a sh*te if he genuinely offends them Very Happy

YES!! But not on this website. It's just that Mr. Dyslexic started it so it's all his fault. And as i love the OB music this thread is like a moth to a flame.
