It has made a few programmes, including 'The Richard Taylor Interviews' and 'Watercolour Challenge'. I think it was half way through producing Survivor when The BB finished as well.

I haven't seen anything from Planet 24 since the Big Breakfast was axed.

That was just a creative decision made in season 2. The command centre was an American set. It didn't exist in the Japanese series. Power Rangers isn't (or rather, wasn't) just a case of the japanese series with the character scenes replaced with American actors. Saban extensively reworked it. If you watch the actual Zyuranger series (I think there are some subtitled copies of episodes around on the internet) it bares very little resemblence to Power Rangers (with the exception of the costumes of course).
Contradicting what I said earlier, but this is what actually happened:
Season 1 was based on Zyuranger
Season 2 was based on Dairanger with Zyuranger costumes. 'Galaxy Rangers' (whatever it's proper Japanese title is) was where they took the white ranger character (and his costume) from. The series itself was never converted into a Power Rangers series (they missed one out so they could make Power Rangers alongside Super Sentai - at first they were a series behind which made it awkward to get Toei (who make the Japanese series) to accomodate any special arrangements that Saban wanted)
Series 3 was based on Kakuranger with Zyuranger costumes (except the white ranger as I said above). I think though that they didn't update the credits and still just listed 'Dai Rangers' and 'Galaxy Rangers'.
Note however that Zyuranger, the basis of all pre-Zeo Power Rangers, was never credited anywhere.
I'm not a Power Rangers expert, not watching it any more at the age of almost 21, but I think there are 3 good rangers and 2 more evil ones? So they battle each other?

The same can be said for Command Centre scenes - they only started removing their helmets in season 2.

I don't know what Galaxy Rangers was.

Whilst we're on the topic, why does the new series, Ninja Storm, only have three Rangers? It's always been five or six before!

I thought the info might be on the same source as your earlier info. I'd look at the website - www.powerrangers.com - but that uses Flash 6, and these cursed computers only have Flash 5!
Never mind - we'll know in due course...
