It's not much of a surprise that no one is watching these services, given what it's like where I am.

What was "That's Hampshire" is now just called "That's TV" on the EPG, and it has had a DOG for "That's Lancashire" for months now!

The EPG only includes accurate listings for the current day. If you look at listings for the next day onwards, it just includes "That's Timeless" and "Hampshire Headlines News" for the whole schedule.

OFCOM now allowing local commercial radio (which though not what is was is still relatively healthy) to cut down to just one local show per day and share shows with neighbouring regions, which will basically all but kill it off as the next step will be to lose that drivetime show and just be hourly news updates, which would likely be axed soon after. A real shame they're listening to the companies rather than the listeners there, but just highlights how unrealistic the expectations on local TV stations were at launch when established radio stations with national backing are having their commitments cut year on year.

Good call, Brekkie. I can't see how Local Tv is going to survive now that Ofcom have given commercial radio the green light to network almost everything - including for the first time Breakfast.

Great news for Jamie Theakston on Heart - he'll be networked on breakfast from the new year on all the local Heart stations, once Global has cut and pasted the changes to broadcast licence perfomance documents of the stations in that broadcast under the Heart name.

Local broadcasting is deminishing. Not surprised by ILR going this way. The vacuous mouthpiece of commercial radio in the UK the Radiocentre, have wanted this for years.

It should be the Local TV stations that step up in the regions they broadcast to, to fill the gap - but, umm..
