What's happened to my Gerry Anderson polls?

As far as I can see it isn't in the swear filter, though part of it is in the disallowed usernames. The reason being is that the quoted text above happens to be the surname of a since banned member (if spelt normally). I believe this user had told Asa to remove all references to his real name and threated to follow it up with legal action.

Hopefully that explains the brussels sprout problem. From making a test post elsewhere it would appear that if the word isn't automatically altered by the forum, so if it is being altered then it is being manually done by another moderator. Or just being written as seen by the original poster as a joke.

I think you have to read the whole of this thread wyvern in sequential order to appreciate why there was a small off-topic diversion which caused a sprouting up of a presentation problem in this very thread!

Of all the brassicas, I, personally, prefer cabbages to sprouts.

Cabbages being an essential element in television presentation, having been the booby prize in Crackerjack for many years.
