It's not all certain yet. It seems the city doesn't take kindly to Chief Executives moving on to be Chairman of a company, it's not allowed in the 'best practice' rules on corporate governance.
Although these aren't law, the other shareholders of BSkyB could decide that they don't like it and force a change of chairman
