Long story, but a friend in the north of Scotland has lost reception of all channels on analogue, we think the transmitter she's on is Rumster Forest, which according to Ceefax 698 BBC2 should be on reduced power. Neighbours all have the same problem, and it's not a shared aerial.

Anyone in that area able to confirm or deny? She says it all went off at 7.30, radio seems to be on, and the mast lights are because she can see them. Or does anyone know how to report a tx fault out of office hours?

If it's just BBC affected, I'd call TV Centre switchboard (020) 8743 8000. It was constantly engaged the time Crystal Palace fell off air during the Arsenal/Liverpool match a couple of years ago!

Not much use now, I know, but Rumster Forest was off air from 7:44pm on Friday until about 8am on Saturday, and again from 1:37pm to 2:22pm on Saturday, because of a power failure.
