Sky's cameras are doing the outside stuff for themselves and the BBC. ITV are using their own. All three sharing the BBC's cameras of Inside the chapel.

So they're doing the UHD for Sky.

I think the BBC and Sky are sharing route coverage duties as part of a pooling agreement, rather than Sky doing it all. ITV aren't in that pool. (May well not be a single truck)

Must say I've been very impressed with the BBC's coverage so far today. I don't remember what it was like for the last Royal Wedding but I think they've struck the right tone with Kirsty and Dermot for the most part and then Huw for the commentary and any 'important' interviews. Compared to the opening ceremony of London 2012 they've also realised that they don't need to fill every gap with words - luckily Trevor Nelson is nowhere to be seen!

TODAY coverage is going well. Louisa James from GMB was on Fox News earlier as well

The broadcasters have done very well definitely impressed, clearly a lot of time, planning and thought went into the production of it all.

5 hours of SKY's UHD coverage has taken up 66gb of disk space, no wonder it looked good
UBox and London Lite gave kudos

Good coverage on the BBC - am now watching ITV for the last hour of their coverage.

I have switched over to the BBC NC coverage now with Jane Hill, Katty Kay & Babita Sharma. I heard the royal wedding music mix for the intro on the NC earlier for the very first time. I love it. It sounds fantastic.

ITV chose Sangeeta over Fred Dinenage to represent the Windsor/ITV Meridian region?!

That’s right - the parade was half BBC, half Sky, can’t remember which was first and which second. Sky have NEP’s Aurora truck working in a split mode for both their bit of the parade coverage and Sky’s presentation from The Long Walk.

I believe it was NEP’s Caspian truck pulling it all together for the pool feed, certainly saw their bars earlier.
