On Franceinfo this morning, the credit for footage was to Harpo Productions/CBS without any mention of it being on MyTF1.


The clips on last night's Gogglebox had no credit captions at all (other than the ITV DOG from the original broadcast) 🤷‍♂️

That would suggest they bought them rather than fair-dealing them.

(Buying rights to use a clip doesn't mean you have to be supplied with the clip itself - you can do a deal that allows you to use an existing copy you may already have)
