It does seem a bit odd.

Only reason I can think off is the return of Paul O'Grady was delayed by three weeks in September, so perhaps C4 added them on at the end of the series.

That's exactly why.

Good to have them back. I must be one of the very few people who actually likes their show.

I actually like them as well, it nice to have a bit of R&J in the afternoon,

If it wasn't for Paul there wouldn't off been around of the day of the London bombings

R&J are a bit more like Parky I guess - you watch more for the guests than for the hosts - unlike Paul O'Grady where the host is the star attraction.

I think the current arrangement is working quite well - I quite like them both, but get bored of them after a while so having them alternate is ideal.

Anyone know how long R&J are on air till?

Richard and Judy aren't exactly getting a fair deal out of all of this are they? He got 16 weeks and they get 9?!

AIUI they're still being paid the same amount of money, to do less, especially since Paul also got the 5pm slot.

I find both shows more watchable since they started sharing, as good as R&J are, it got to the point where they were only off for a few weeks, where as now they take it in turns and share with Paul who usually doesn't disappoint when he's on.

The guests definately are the star attraction on R&J even though big-headed Madeley always tries to be!

The first time, Paul was only on for about 8 weeks. He came on in the last Monday in March, and finshed the first Friday in June.
