He isn't the most entertaining presenter on that show, he makes a good secondary presenter and not a lead. James May is much funnier than him and doesn't need to run around Clarkson like a lapdog.

I think he's alright on Top Gear, but he's excellent on Brainiac.

Is it me, or has he got a fetish for blowing up caravans??

Ratings now around 1.5 million.

Agreed, he's brilliant on Brainiac, OK on Top Gear, but lamentable on this format...

Just a random memory...Anyone remember Jeremy Clarkson's show 'Clarkson' on BBC2 back in 2000? He'd do odd stuff like put a CD in a Microwave. Laughing

Now they're having trouble filling the studio audience. On some days they've put curtains up to hide the empty seats. Laughing

Well I tried getting seats for a couple of weeks time and there were none available. I quite like the program myself

Did anyone see the show on Friday where he had 2
"professional hagglers on"?
At the introduction I'm sure they said they said they had a company or web site but I didn't get what it was and googling all weekend has produced no results.
Anyone any ideas?

It's on until the 8th February and not one day is sold out.

That's bad. Very Happy

Slightly off-topic but, has Paul O'Grady's contract with ITV Day expired already, meaning that he will not return in February? Or will the coming series be his last? Surely there is a possibility therefore, that this dire programming on at the moment could be extended?

Paul is out of contract at ITV, there was no deal in place for another series.

Was reading in the paper today that Richard & Judy are apparently far from happy with the arrangement and are considering retirement Shocked

Well, lets face it Richard is becoming far too bossy and is just a bully and Judy is nearing 60 so I think the time is right for them to step down. Of course, what I've said is debateable but its my opinion.

Shame Paul isn't returning to ITV1 for a final series of The Paul O'Grady Show - considering he said he'll be back in the new year at Christmas.
