I've noticed today that ABC1 has had a mini-revamp to coincide with it going 24 hours.
The actual ident animations are basically the same - but there are significant changes:
The idents have a new theme, with a revamped version of the ABC1 chimes at the end. They are also have a bright white background, rather than a cremy colour.
The idents in between programmes are now longer once again
The Next / Then / Later trailers not only incorporate the new theme and colour scheme, but now have clips from the programmes rather than the voiceover.
The trailers have been revamped, with more of a gradient on them rather than blocks of colour. Same basic layout though
Finally, I think (though didn't watch long enough to confirm) the way they show trailers has been changed slightly so we have a trailer at the beginning and end of each ad break - rather than a couple of minutes of trailers followed by a couple of minutes of ads!
