I know there aren't many Scots on here, but has anybody noticed changes to Reporting Scotland?

They're no longer using the long sting at the beginning of the main bulletin... only the short one makes an appearance any more. Lucky I captured it before they changed.....

You mean they're not using the full opening titles anymore? How strange!! Will you capture this new sting and put it on TV Stuff for us all to download?

They are indeed no longer using the full titles.... I have captured the sting but it's really just the same as the previous short bulletin one! Also, their desk is far too cramped for the new two-presenter format IMO - it looks appalling!

So do they not use the full opening titles at all on any output from Scotland now, or is it just the 1830 bulletin? Also what does Reporting Scotland and Look North play at the weekend? North West Tonight play the full OT, with the sting as the end titles.

I haven't checked the lunchtime bulletin, but it's certainly not been on @ 6:30 the last 2 nights. RepScot only uses the short sting at weekends... I'll need to check up what Look North do.

If they use that sting, would you be able to capture it as a final thing for me? I'm sorry, I hate asking you to do all this! I've sent you some Newsroom South East stuff by the way.

I'll capture things the next weekend I'm here - and no problem! I like doing it! It means more stuff on my site! And when did you send that stuff? It hasn't appeared yet.

Look North (thats the Leeds one) use the full opening titles on the Weekend bulletins, Complete with a balloon ident before them.

On Saturdays, the bulletin is closed with the closing titles, which are also used during Weekday lunchtimes and 325pm only.

On Sundays, Peter Levy opts straight out from 'And thats the forecast from Look North' straight into a network trailer (usually about 1 second late!)

If you want more than the news idents, let me know, i.e. clips with balloons, headlines and presenters.
