I heard that Corrie is moving in Sept 2013, but I guess that depends if the set is ready. Not sure when Granada itself will move there.

As mentioned previously Countdown and Jeremy Kyle are already at MediaCity and Granada Reports are due to be joining them next month.

BBC Aberdeen is still - as it always has been - in Beechgrove Terrace.

BBC NE and Cumbria, and BBC Radio Cumbria, have a studio in Whitehaven, at Post Office Chambers, Lowther street, next to the post office. Has the studio always been there?

Bet that came in useful for those shootings a few years back?

I bet BBC Millbank came in useful for those politics a few days ago?

As an aside tonight saw the last University Challenge to be filmed in Granada Studios.

I guess, strictly speaking, Carlton (who are still the weekday London licensee) are still in their original home.

I think it's highly unlikely that Carlton's London office is still open (on the Ofcom website, the address for the London Weekday franchise is listed as London Television Centre). I expect that would have been closed down a long time ago, following the merger with Granada. They did actually have several offices in London at one point, which included subsidiary companies, as shown on this page:

I'm surprised that website's still going 9 years after the merger with Granada.

Homepage Last updated in July 2012, which is over six months ago, however even so it is surprising that the website was as updated that recently seeing as Carlton as a brand is all but dead (does Carlton Screen Advertising still exist?)

The 2 most recent posts on the homepage are more like blog posts (the most recent of which is a guest post), but further down the page there are posts from last year regarding shareholder meetings, presentations and results from the early 2000s, from just before the merger, which seems a bit strange.

Other sections of the website don't appear to have been updated since the merger with Granada.

Carlton Screen Advertising only exists in Ireland now, but isn't owned by ITV anymore.

Has the BBC studio in Carlisle always been where it is?
