I think Anglia and Granada are still on their original sites.
LWT were based for a short period in Wembley (I think at what is now Fountain Studios) until their South Bank building opened, but they are still there (though their local news now comes from ITN) - and you may not class LWT as regional?
At the BBC, BBC South West are still in the same location as when local TV launched in the South West in the early 60s (and although they were planning to move - it now looks like they are staying put and refurbing their current home). BBC West is also in its original home - Whiteladies Road has been used by the BBC since the 30s apparently - though much extended.
I think pretty much every other BBC region has moved since launch - ignoring the newer operations like Tunbridge Wells.

In terms of other studios within those regions, BBC scotland's Inverness news studio is still on its original site, on Culduthel Road. HTV Wales, what's now ITV Wales, havsn't it always been based at Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff?

No, HTV used to be at Poncanna studios near by, these were TWW's, they moved to Culverhouse Cross in the mid 1980s.

Indeed, although Coronation Street will probably be there for the remainder of the year as last I checked their new set isn't complete yet, as mentioned in other posts Countdown and Jeremy Kyle are already filming at MediaCity.
I believe S4C have their own studios in the way Channel 4 have Horseferry Road.
Yeah Granada, still coming from Quay Street, but I think they move in about 3 weeks?

From the South West thread in The Newsroom forum:
So Plymouth aren't moving to Sutton Quay after all but are refurbishing their current and original site at Mannamead.
Looks like there will be no move for the BBC in Plymouth. http://www.thisisplymouth.co.uk/BBC-building-Mannamead-Plymouth-set-renovation/story-18144608-detail/story.html

Border still had their studio complex in Carlisle up until the merger with Tyne Tees in 2009, after which it was demolished for redevelopment. However, in the latter years of the station's life the only studio still in use at Harraby was the one used for the news and Lookaround, with the others locked up out of use.

Yes, TWW came from Pontcanna Studios in Cardiff. Then HTV took Pontcanna over when they got the franchise. HTV then moved out to Culverhouse Cross and, indeed, S4C used Pontcanna temporarily until Parc Ty Glas was built (in the field at the back of my old junior school, for all those who are interested).
