I will also be doing as I did last year, Recording what presenters present all these, over the Christmas and New Year period...

- BBC News

(Help needed, especially for the festive 'Breakfasts' and '7am' bulletins etc!)

- ITV News

- Look North
(Belmont'ers help required!, plus is there Breakfast optouts?)
- Calendar
(As above, Plus GMTV will there be bulletins)

- ITV National Weather
- YTV Weather

Its always interesting over Xmas, seeing who will present on Christmas Day!

Ah sorry BBC News,I'll edit the last few posts.

Gareth-I don't mind if you can be a backup but to tell you the truth I don't have a main one yet-if no one else comes by the 24th I'll have to make you the main correspondent.

They did an 'and finally' type item, about the fact it was only X days until Christmas, and that the shops were already in full christmas swing.
After the report, Gaynor Barnes and Mike Morris finished the programme in the studio, with a blue/white christmas tree, presents, and some very fake 'being dropped by a member of the crew' snow!.
The end music and endcap was accompanied by a festive song!

As I said in another thread, the tree for this, was located in the middle of the studio, and would not be seen except in a very wide shot, It doesn't look big enough to get a tree behind the desk where it would be seen during Calendar.
