Press the Services button, then add channels, then manually add the frequencies (they used to be available from the FAQ's on the top of this page but they can also be found here) - http://www.kingofsat.net/freqs.php?pos=28.2E

Should work with all Sky digiboxes, not sure of any makes without a 'add channels' option.

I Dont get what Frequency i have to enter to get UTV it is really confusing me does anyone know as i dont understand the site

Freq: 10.832H, S/R: 22.0, FEC: 5/6 gets you:

Carlton (London) / LWT
Carlton (Central)
Carlton (Westcountry)
HTV West
HTV Wales

Freq: 10.892H, S/R: 22.0, FEC: 5/6 gets you:

Meridian
Anglia
Granada
Yorkshire
Tyne Tees
Border
Border Scotland

and Freq: 10.906V, S/R: 22.0, FEC: 5/6 gets you:

Grampian
Scottish
Channel
UTV

As far as I am aware, TTTV has only two 'regions': North (Tyne and Wear / Northumberland / North Co Durham) and South (South Co Durham, Teesside, North Yorkshire). A few regional programmes used to differ, being labelled as 'Pontop Only' and 'Bilsdale Only' (ie the transmitters) now I believe only part of the news programmes differ.

Can't be ceratin, but I think SKY shows 'Tyne Tees North'
