So what kind of regional programmes does your ITV company have ? In Yorkshire we have :

Calendar - the news programme
Live Lunch - lunchtime magazine
Around the House - politics
Goals on Sunday - during the footie season
Missing - monthly show about missing people from the region
Crimestoppers - quickie CCTV coverage of crimes
Dales Diary - some old guy goes rambling in the Dales
In the Frame - an artist paints a portrait of a celebrity and chats
A Brush with Ashley - an artist paints some Yorkshire scenery
Friday Whiteley - Richard Whiteley chat show

Used to have

Tonight - evening magazine show before Calendar (replaced with Live Lunch)
A Friday evening chat show based in Emmerdales Woolpack, forget it's name.
Action Time - bit like Challenge Anneka but now a slot in Live Lunch

I've probably missed loads more but I'm sure you'll tell me what they are.

Hmmm, I'm trying to think of the ones here.....

Well, we have,

London Today & Tonight
City Survival Guide (which incorporates Crimestopper/Missing/Your Shout segments)
Various doco programmes usually in the peak time Tue/Thurs slot
Previous doucmentary/issues used to be under the 'First Edition' strand
King of the Castle (Gameshow in afternoon slot)

Now there's a few which I suspect go out in the other Carlton regions too:

Future Now/Surfers Paradise/Movie Nights (Late night slot)

Dream Ticket
Previous 'The London Programme' strands
Seven Days (Political Sunday)

Other various programmes at a late night weekday slot and in a Sunday afternoon (eg. sport, million, idea, scariest moments, Artworks)

Lasty, chat show type debate programmes, also at a late night time

King Of The Castle is a great,GREAT game show! And it's only in London? I pity all other regions! (Except UTV,they have great idents. Oh,and so do Meridian)

It's hosted by Alister Stewart,by the way. Did anyone see him on London Tonight At 6:00 pm,by the way?

Alister: And there are now 2 ways to contact them, you can see more information <Aston comes up> at the website at: <glances at the camera> No,no,no,the small writing, just there <looks and points at the aston Confused > That's it,at <Alister reads out the web adress> Sorry about that. Anyway, the <expresses the next 2 words> Big writing, on <looks and points again> there is the phone number, and it's <reads out the phone number> . Right,erm....

It was great!

I can't think of Carlton Central's regional programmes off hand but I think that we do pretty well on Friday nights (when its on) with Central Weekend.

Its one of the best programmes on TV and I prefer not to call it a chat show, its more like a debate. It is really fantastic and has been going for a fair few years and I remember watching it when I was younger! You could always tell how late you had stayed up, if Central Weekend was finishing then you were really lucky! You'd normally made it to around 12:30am. Very Happy

Half of Yorkshire's regional programming is aimed at middle aged people, well off people and programmes like Bodycheck, The Real DIY show were also shown in the other GMG North regions.
