That's made me think -- do the English ITV regions even have their half-hour-a-month any more? It's been a while since I've seen Around The House (spit; it's Point of Order, damn YTV rebranding) up here.

Anglia TV had a quite a cool show broadcast on friday nights in the 1990s called The Warehouse, mix of comedy, music and discussion.
First series had Lee Hurst doing some comedy and then later series had Sean Mayo. Few other names used to present too.
Did this go out in any other regions?

I remember a few of Carlton's 7:30pm regional documentaries were also shown with Sky Travel (possibly even co-commissioned), things like The Tube, the fly-on-the-wall series on the London Underground, and Disappearing London, where Suggs would visit places were vanishing traditions are being kept up. I think quite a few of these series popped up on Sky 3 and I wouldn't be surprised if they're still doing the rounds on Pick TV.
I have vague memories of Carlton also making a regional afternoon debate/talk show, a bit like Trisha. And, as already mentioned, there was London Bridge.
Going back a bit further, I really can't remember many non-news regional programmes for London, aside from LWT's 6 o'Clock Live on Friday nights and Wake Up London on Saturday mornings. I'm sure Thames must have done some, but I can't remember any.

Wasn't there also the Anneka Rice fronted "Capital Woman" early in the Carlton era? ISTR that a Newsroom South East reporter (or was he with LNN) worked on it as a reporter as well.

it seem many episode where not kept, it seems it never did come back for 2nd series.

Come to think of it I don't think I've ever seen a regional programme being credited as an ITV Studios production, I think the ones I've seen have just had a plain ITV logo.
Incidentally, I notice Country Wise is credited to "ITV Broadcasting Ltd" as opposed to ITV Studios. Does this mean it counts towards whatever nominal amount of non-news regional content they're still required to broadcast?

But should Country Wise be classed/credited as a regional programme when it's broadcast nationwide? Seems a typically sneaky way of meeting the now minute quota.
