Isn't it still a bit early to speculate on the future of Sport Relief? Comic Relief was only in March, and it is still 2019. Sport Relief, if it is returning, will not be due back until Spring 2020, and usually dates for the event are never released this early.

True. And the logo change has nothing to do with repositioning the brand - it's merely to match Comic Relief which also recently changed it's logo.
