Come off it, surely Daniel Craig's voice wasn't child-like when Casino Royale was filmed in 2006. I think it's all a wind-up, and that they've dubbed synthesised words over his real adult male voice of the time.
A very good production tonight, considering it's essentially a VERY long non-stop outside broadcast. I have to say I thought the theatre setting was a bit of a backwards decision but its worked very well.
Strange to only introduce text donations at 11pm. I'm sure there's a reason though.
As an aside, does Claudia Winkleman have any talent whatsoever? She's fluffed her way through the whole evening.

Haven't been able to watch this tonight unfortunately. Was able to see most of the Bean sketch, which was very funny. Just tuned in to see the Bond sketch, which was pretty bad. That was the best they could come up with?
Davina showed how it was done earlier - her three hour stint was pretty much an effortless presenting masterclass.
Does seem early to be switching to repeating content but it's been one of the more enjoyable Comic Relief's for me. Agree with whataday the Palladium has worked really well and the set design has been great - feels like the stage has been bought out more into the audience rather than the obvious stage/audience divide we've seen with past shows at the Palladium and other theatres.
Also baffles me why they keep the text option off screen until late - guess it's protecting kids but since when has it been against the law for kids to donate to charity. It shouldn't be discouraged IMO - if kids are old enough to have a phone they're old enough to decide to give £5 or £10 of their credit to charity, and I can't see good old Bill Payer objecting.
I couldn't make it beyond 20 minutes. Davina McCall is unbearable and the lineup of MrBean, Dibley and half of Little Britain just didn't appeal. It's like they've given up.
Claudia Winkleman is back now. She's wearing the white "I Think I May Be The Voice Of My Generation" RND 2015 T-shirt, which was available to buy in TK Maxx stores.
Just before they opened up to text donations I noticed that a little BBC One branded caption popped up saying to not donate via text as the system wasn't working or something, but I didn't see them reference this on-air, and certainly a moment or two later they were going on about donating via text. Seemed a bit odd not to mention it on-air, or put another caption up saying it'd been fixed.

Presumably as with all live broadcasts nowadays, the show is on a considerable delay, perhaps 30 minutes or more.

Yes, they've clearly given up because they're not appealing to you.
