Well folks, it's Friday 13 March 2015, and time for that two-yearly event Red Nose Day. I'm surprised there isn't a thread on it yet, so here it is. Coverage began on BBC One about 10 minutes ago.

At present tehre's a sketch featuring Mr. Bean sitting in the congregation in a church.

Enjoy the night, I hope it'll be a bit more exciting than what they had to offer two years ago.

Mr Bean was very funny.

Bean was good, also enjoying the telethon coming from the Palladium instead of Elstree.

Really? If that church service was meant to be a funeral, I don't think it was funny. How can you make humour out of a sad occasion like a funeral? I was appalled by the way Mr. Bean knocked on the coffin and let it fall off the trestle.

apart from one person trying to sell Silly specs out side Specsaver, I saw no one else doing anything for Red nose day or wearing the red nose. It just seems the event has poor compared to other years.

Wow! That day of dance raised £643,336. Well done!

Was that not the grand total overall? which is rather poor.

Those mourning people in the church must have been appalled too.

That's great. That's more than Chris Moyles's longest ever show raised on it's first 24 hours!

The Peoples' Strictly? All they've done is announce the winner. The BBC didn't show the 6 couples dancing tonight. They must have danced, so was their dancing televised at all, e.g. a standalone programme I didn't know about.

It's not like, you know, there was an actual dead body in the coffin. Rolling Eyes
ETP1 Forever and London Lite gave kudos
