It took longer than planned, but Dave have got their wish after the record audiences of Back to Earth [now in canon as Series IX]. Smeg yes! Razz

I wonder which channel has commissioned it?

I think it may have been Dave that commissioned it due to the success of BtE, however I could be wrong.

It'll be Dave, no way the BBC have asked them back. Not that Doug would go back now anyway.

Good to hear this, though I would hope the quality would be better than Back to Earth (which I wasn't a big fan of).

iTunes have set up a special "Red Dwarf Room" which I believe lets you lucky people in the UK buy episodes of the series, though as there's no TV on the Irish iTunes Store all we have are two iPhone apps.

According to today's Mirror, Craig was caught napping in the Corrie dressing room when he should've been filming.

I gather he's been covering Janice Long on Radio 2 lately & her show is midnight to 3am.

Obviously caught up with him.

How come he finds time to do this radio work for 2 & 6 anyway?

Surely if you're in a soap, you should be learning lines?

The press have always had it in for Craig so them saying that is no surprise. Although I think the addition of Corrie to his CV made his performance in Back to Earth 100x better than when Dwarf was on BBC Two.

As for his show, I know sometimes it's pre-recorded, but if you watch Craig's episode of Carpool on iTunes done by Llwellyn then you'll get more of an insight into his show. Along with stories of Dwarf that are worth watching alone. Smile
