Recording News on Realplayer to computer.

How do you save the BBC News which is put on realplayer to your computer or to CD? I would really apprecaite some help.

I haven't really used the service myself, but I would imagine it is "streaming", which would indicate that you cannot save it to your computer as you never actually receive the file in its entirety, just dribs and drabs.

This question gives me the eerie feeling that this is going to be the kind of question that we're gonna get all the time (AKA "ITV Regions on DSat", or "Can I receive BBC World in the UK"). Definetly another annoyance for the future.
