If the "regional votes" are used, I'm sure they will probably combine regions (Granada/Border England, YTV/Tyne Tees, Wales/West/Westcountry, Scottish/Grampian/Border Scottish) as last year, and refer to the other regions in geographical terms - East for Anglia, South for Meridian, Northern Ireland for UTV - apart from Central - the irony, eh?
Looking at Digiguide, on December 3rd, it has the schedule out, and two To Be Announced gaps, though those gaps are 6-7pm, and then the 2nd not until 11:15pm until 12:15am.
So I presume that they won't use these, though saying that, due to I'm A Celebrity, there's no Parkinson, and the X Factor 1st part ends at 8pm with the results not airing until 10:30pm!

I notice Group C is a strong group; maybe a chance to eliminate Westlife before the finals?!
Hopefully McFly as well, but we all knwo how these 12 year odlgirls get ringing & texting, so Westlife & McFly will probabally be one ones to get through out of that group, sadly.
James Blunt may just be the vote splitter in the McFly / Pondlife battle this year - a decent 3rd candidate is something that has been missing in previous ROTY's
