Well technically speaking the term FTV does not exist.
FTA and TFTA are the technical terms.

You will have to get a card from the BBC, this will require a phone call.
To have a phone call you will havr to have a phone.
To be able to use the phone to make a phone call you will have to pay a standard rate to BT, whether the call it free or not.
You will have to pay for it, they know where you live.

Anyway, this is the BBC for heaven's sake, you don't think they would just give things away!?

Can't you write to them? Oh yeah...stamp.

And of course you have to buy the pen, and the paper.
