I have to agree, it's just the Radio Times trying to make headlines to shift a few more copies
There's far too many programmes in the list that were either liked at time but laughed at now, or recent programmes that were poor but won't even be remembered in 5 years time

This list says far more about the state of Radio Times than anything else. TVAM was awful at the start and yet Breakfast Time made the list, especially amazing when even before it became a news show dumped all over TVAM with their coverage of things like the bombings in Libya.
