I work at WCR in Wolverhampton ( www.wcr1350.co.uk), we've used Devaweb quite often ( http://devaweb.hostfront.co.uk or www.devaweb.co.uk) with excellent results. Although a lot of the time, we contact voiceovers, get them to do the line we want and then mix the jingles ourselves with excellent results.

You might want to consider mixing your own, but make sure you get a good dynamic voiceover, not just a mate because they're handy! I assume you've got all your PPL/MCPS/PRS licences? If so you can obtain a full set of most production music libraries for free... or access the online download service (these days found at www.playmegatrax.com) to find backing tracks for your jingles.

In the past I've worked at Beacon Radio who used Jam jingles via the now defunct Alfasound - but if you want quality then that's what you go for! (Jam is distributed through 'S2blue' these days).

If you're looking for beds and production elements, etc., it might be useful to register on Play KPM, although they may need to know that you're MCPS registered first.
