This is facinating to watch. The changeover between programmes looks quite hectic Shocked

I think this is down to them only using the one studio for filming purposes.

Can't hear sound properly due to hardware problems, but is the sound synching with the video? Great quality video though.

Normally it wouldn't be quite so hectic because the next presenter would be in a different studio but due to the live stream they are all using the same studio today hence all the cufuffle with producers & presenters running around.

No, its just my speakers on my laptop; can't hear any sound at all at the moment, I was just wondering if it synched up.

It seems better than the News 24 live stream to me. All sync and everything (using Windows Media Player 11 with BT Broadband).

*cringes* @ news 24 resurrecting anna adams (of whistleblower [from a few years ago] and one show series 1 fame) to report on the radio 1 story.

"so chris moyles, you are the self proclaimed savior of bbc one "
"radio one got twenty million viewers "

Rolling Eyes

surely bbc regional news is a more appropriate training ground for newbie reporters?

Interestingly it sounds like the audio on the video is pre-processing - the levels are all over the place and it sounds very flat. But it's great nonetheless.

And now on the webstream, watch Five's Matt Barbet dancing to Elton John...

Am i right in thinking that when all microphones are closed in the studio the speakers switch on? Just everytime they play a track or a recorded peice they all take there tins off but obviously they need to hear whats going on on air still?!

By the looks of it thats it for the video stream. Just displaying a '© BBC 2007' caption over JK & Joel which faded in over 'Perfect Day'.
