I see Rachel Bullock of Granada TV fame has defected to sister-station, Tyne Tees.
Is she the new Billingham reporter? I wonder why she left Granada - she's been there as long as I can remember...
Any insiders have any news?

I'm not sure I'd call it a "defection".

Surely it's just a transfer within the Granada (soon to be ITV) Group, and although I'm none too good at the geography up there, quite possibly a promotion.

I haven't seen Rachel on Granada for a few weeks, has she definately gone or is she just Freelancing with Tyne Yees.?.
