Noticing 'Quizmania' seems to be on several SKY channels & ITV over the evening / early hours, I have a question.
Is it all the same programme & everyone opts in & out as & when, or is it tailored for certain channels?
How long is a 'complete' show, noting it starts at 9pm on certain SKY channels & can be on ITV 1 as late as 5am?

Aww, cheers!
The day itself was somewhat ruined by a nasty boil on my rump (caused by the immense stresses of showbiz life), but other than that, all was lovely.
While I'm here, I WAS thinking of putting out an appeal for votes to be a surprise contender for best entertainment presenter at this year's National Television Awards.
But I decided against it.
Would be FAR too tactless and transparent.
Voting starts in July.
Wadge.

Pity its too late for this year!
I will have to vote for Greggles for next years awards
I just can't beleive ITV1 are dropping Quizmania for their own milked-down version (it won't have greggles!!!!!!). Just what are ITV thinking of. I know I didn't think much of the show at first, but Greggles has made it his own.
I honestly think it could actually work in a 30 minute peak time version - especially with Greggles - are you reading this Mr Shaps/Charles Allen!!!!!!!! ?
I'll miss Greggles until he re-appears on main Television (BBC1, ITV1)

I'd hardly say Greggles has made the show his own (sorry Greggybaby). What gets me is that it was actually created by Debbie King and Chuck Thomas. I wonder how they got the go ahead..?
Quizmania is moving to ITV2 when ITV Play launches (apparently) - so maybe we haven't seen the last of Yakkabakkakkas yet.

I'm slightly ashamed to say that I'm becoming a bit of a Quizmaniac, to coin a term.
I don't have Sky, but I've caught bits and pieces before, and now it's on ITV1 I'm hooked. I think it's a travesty that:
A - It's being replaced on ITV1 by a Great Big British Quiz game.
B - It doesn't have its own channel on Sky
C - It's not being screened in the 5pm slot on ITV1. It would make a fortune (like it isn't already...)
I'm not one of these people who sit around watching Shopping Telly/Quiz Telly, but QM is different because there's always several answers for each game, and the prize is achievable.
You can tell when a show becomes a classic, because it has you shouting the at the screen, a la Millionaire. The '_______ clock' game tonight was so frustrating, and is still ongoing as I speak. My money's on Countdown Clock being an answer.
Never mind QM, Greggybaby for PM!

You didn't coin it though, the presenters/crew already did
(sorry, that was pedantic)
I don't have sky myself, but I'm reliably informed it does, on 277 - http://www.quizmania.tv/about_us.htm

Oh, and wadge.
Sorry. Had to say it.
