I think E4 continuity has a cult following here and I love their new ads for "Quite Funny Thursdays", paying homage to their old brand of "Big Thursday" from back in the days of Friends...

Scrubs and War at Home, along with reruns of The IT Crowd are all part of Quite Funny Thursday from 13 July.

They are also beginning to air the Ghost Whisperer from 11 July.

Speaking of E4, does anyone know what the 23.06.06 teasers are all about? It basically shows two men putting a poster up then flashing to a red background with the date on it.

I think you mean 23.07.06, and basically this is when at last Film Four will be available on Freeview and Free to all Sky and NTL/Telewest customers.

I don't watch much E4 due to the awful Big Brother, but during the excellent Sugar Rush (First Look) the other night, there was a very funny trailer for Ghost Whisperer, basically taking the mick out of ITV2, with the old guy announcing (Don't know his name, voices all of the OTT promos for E4) 'Forget Scary just got Sexy, this is Scary with it's Bra and Panties off..!' Aww, is that it? I thought it would be something a bit more interesting than that.

Anyway, I love E4. Their presentation is 10x better than anyone else and they put a bit of humour into it. I love Patrick Allen on the ads.

Talking of E4, anyone watching The OC look away now:

Notice how with the finale they pretty much lied in their listings information, saying the episode would be based around Sandy having a heart attack (which never happened), when in fact there was a much bigger twist involving the death of one of the main characters.

I thought they stopped using Patrick Allen a month or two ago, replacing him with a similar-sounding bloke?
