Quest and Quest Red

When did Quest change from this:



to this?

Its not been long, im sure of that. I did see the channel two weeks ago and it still had 1st logo but

This break brump was being used, It makes sense since the logo does nothing on the idents.

When Quest Red launched, its DOG was the full logo with the large map pin and small channel name underneath. This differed from Quest which just used the channel name - however a few months ago I noticed both channels were now using the full version of the logo. It appears they’ve now decided to drop this and just have the channel name as the logo for both channels. Obviously there must be some disagreement within Discovery on how the logo should look!

FWIW the Facebook profile pictures for Quest and Quest Red were changed to the map-pin-less versions on 12th June.

Did the website changed in preparation for the revised name?

There has been another change, the next strap next to the logo has changed Black background, ie you can actually see it now.

A little odd how Quest has gone with a predominantly red theme for its EFL promotions.

It's still using the football pitch one aswell.

It would seem the footy is orange.. I wonder if we will get a new ident.

Quest HD now live on Sky and Freesat.

And on Virgin Media (again). When it was on Virgin briefly, I did notice a few graphic errors (in the wrong aspect ratio for example) so I assume it was removed as they wanted to do further testing.

Couldn't they have combined their EFL DOG with the existing DOG, rather than having two Quest logos onscreen.

There is orange break bumper so if we're lucky a nice new ident!
