Of course, the original thread for this has vanished so Ill say it here. Coronation street are now using the Purple granada endcap. It now appears next to the sidebar credits, rather than fullscreen after the Cadbury's advert. The pictures that run next to the credits also have a nasty purple tint.
A bit off topic, but sightly relevant, has anyone looked closely at the Night and Day endcap, if you do, you'll see that Granada have sprayed their background colour where A GRANADA PRODUCTION would normally be!

Night and Day production slide says 'A Granada Production for LWT'. Surely this should be 'An LWT production for Granada'?

I recall seeing an episode of Crossroads recently, and noticed the Carlton logo positioned next to the sidebar credits for Crossroads, but they have since gone back to the original style of end credit.
I'm not sure whether they will try this again, though...

On a related note, I noticed today on an advert for the Granada / BBC North West Christmas CareLine that when they showed the logos of all of the participants, they showed the Granada logo as the purple box with the Granada logo in it. Interesting...
