Watching Puffin's Pla(i)ce with them advertising the move to 1:15 from Monday, yet it seems that they're not moving to a new studio.

So are we not going to see an all new look yet?

I bet we don't, he's always promising a new look yet when it comes close to it they probably don't know what to do or have a budget to change anything with!

It'll be strange having it at 1.15pm and also with "Regional Weather" being scheduled at 3.29pm from next week maybe Kevin could pop up there as well

I don't have time to watch the show anymore, but has he not quit yet?

Well, tomorrow's the day.

Puffin's Pla(i)ce will be incorporated into the ITV Lunchtime News, at about 1:10 or 1:15 I think...

I don't know how how well it will do in its new slot compared to the 3pm slot... but I'm not sure if it'll feel quite right being stuffed into the Lunchtime News.

I think Kevin was also saying something like they may not be on after CITV anymore either... they will just have to see how things go... personally I think Kevin probably won't want to stick around till 5 o clock having done the main show 4 hours previously... and so it will either not happen or it will be pre-rec'd.

Let's just hope that the moving of the show does not mean the end of an era and those greedy ITV plc ******* get their way...

It's amazing how much regional programmes and identity have dissappeared in this day and age....

Well a slightly newer look to Puffin's Pla(i)ce today - and a bit more relaxed (according to Kevin!)

Everything else in the studio is the same... except... the desk has gone!

Now it's just Kevin sitting a little closer to the camera and all the gang at the front...

LA POUQUELAYE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kevin now seems to be stuck up in the air on a stool which means you can't read what day it is on the screen!

The whole cast was introduced for new viewers including lots of characters who are rarely seen

Channel don't return to London at 1.25 and instead run straight up to the ITV National Weather

That looks awful! Why have they done that!? What was wrong with the set the way it was?

I prefer the idea of the clip mic though as opposed to the massive gun mic on the table.

we caught sundays show, he said they were getting a new set in june, sometime. its being done in stages as they are so busy with the new changes and the queen comming over in may

(kevin and oscar are hosting a childrens tea party on liberation day for around 500 children, and the queen is going to it - my wife is a teacher and she will be going!!)

I can see why he made the change just to give it a new start and i think it will take a bit of getting used to and re fitting, also how bad was the itv news with nick owen and katie someone or other, liked kevins "hi im nick owen and this is katie"

Its a shame the show is not on at 3.05pm and 4.55pm + 5pm which is a very odd move as its the same slots as before, no changes there, so they took the network promotions and idents!! why have they done that ?? seems no reason for them not to be on at 5pm!!! maybe they can record them or something?

Least Oscar and kevin are still there...just no thanks to ITV bah awful

(Kevin was on 103fm on sunday and was good, very different to when he is on tv..made some comments to oscar and stuff)

Maybe he'll quit when the new set arrives just as to give the new person a fresh start with the show.

I have to say it's pretty pants in the 1pm slot. Only pre-schoolers are going to see it now. Except the weekend ones of course.

Maybe, though i must say the lunchtime slot will work i think, the show is too well loved not to, and kevin is a great presenter the best at what he does on channel tv, who themselves have had a tough time with unloyal presenters ie patrick muirhead and all the others that have come and gone, kevin has been there what 4 years now and he is from jersey!

Be a shame if he went but im sure to bigger and better things - who ever takes over will have a tough time but with a new studio and time slot i think that will help, so its not like they would just slot in as we would be all like, thats kevins desk, chair etc

You have to say at the end of the day well done to channel for keeping oscar on the air

Yes, kudos to them for keeping it on the air.

I do fear though it will slowly dissepear in the coming years Sad
