Seeing as the old Puffin's Pla(i)ce thread slipped into oblivion and is now archived so nobody can contribute any more, I'm starting one from scratch - lets try and keep it going - or have forumers lost interest in the longest running regional childrens slot?

Anyway, today Kevin asked viewers from all over the Islands - and indeed those watching on satellite wherever they were, to send a postcard to them from where they were watching, as this Friday is predicted to be one of the hottest days of the year, and an estimated 27 million postcards will be delivered on that day, so the gang are starting a postcard collection.

No...no.

There is absolutely no doubt that this, along with Fred Dienage, is the most significant an indeed enduring cultural artefact that ITV has given to western culture.

To quote the late great (bad right-wing politics not withstanding) Hughie Green .......And I mean that most sincerely folks!

But ... from a sheep point of view Fremont Point comes second only to Belmont., and that is on a world scale!
