Men Behaving Badly (ITV to BBC) though it did lose Harry Enfield to be replaced by Neil Morrisey

Harry Enfield left after the first series. Neil Morrisey appeared in the last ITV series

Another one is Blockbusters (Bob being replaced by Michael Aspel), This is your Life also moved from ITV to the BBC.

Like many gameshows with Blockbusters it isn't so much the programme moving over so much as just another broadcaster using the format. Quiz shows more than any other genre are sellable formats.

This is Your Life however was a format transfer when it moved from BBC to ITV, in the 1960's but then when it moved back in the 90's it was the programme moving over: it was the same production company.

Morcambe and Wise....BBC1 to ITV, though they had worked with both previoulsy before they jumped ship in the 1970's

Morecambe and wise is slightly diffrent as the stars switched channels but the programme was diffrent. The shows they did for ATV were diffrent to the BBC shows which in turn were diffrent to the Thames shows. Although the latter was mainly due to the fact that their writer (Eddie Braben) wasn't able to leave the BBC.

It's a similar case to Tony Hancock who went from the BBC to ITV and Kenny Everett who did the reverse. The stars went, but the programmes weren't the same

the Frank Skinner show. Left BBC1 to join ITV with an identical set, music etc/

And of course Fantasy Football League that went from Radio 5 to BBC2 to ITV.

It's fairly common these days with independent productions (especially those companies like Avalon who have more control over talent than others) - if they have a good programme that is dropped by a broadcaster they can take it to whoever wants it.

Another one for the list -'An Audience with....' started on Channel 4 and then moved to ITV. It'll be Alright On The Night has also popped up on C4, but tboth were in the days when the 2 channels were connected

This is your Life - if rumours are true then this show is returning to the ITV network via SMG!!!!!!!!!!

The Chart Show - C4 to ITV to its own 2 TV channels - although I would love to see the Chart Show return to Saturday mornings as a decent replacement for CD:UK.

Also if rumours are true then CD:UK WILL live on via Five (the RTL broadcaster)

other shows.....

The Last Word - Granada to C4 (albeit different type of show and different producers)
The Spin- Granada to BBC2 - (again albeit different type of show and different producers)
Down To Earth - a Granada "Green Show" of the 70's 80's and 90's to a family Drama on BBC1

Both "What The Papers Say" and "University Challenge" are still made by Granada!!!!! although both are now shown on BBC2

Going for Gold - changed its name and moved to C5

Everybody's Equal - again changed name - to Whittle - and moved to C5

Opportunity Knocks from ITV to BBC

MIdnight Caller from BBC1 to ITV Network

Scooby Doo keeps achnging channels, so do many other Warners Brothers 80's & 90's cartoons, Disney Cartoons and Nickelodeon cartoons

Almost forgot The Harry Enfield Show - BBC to Sky

Harry Hill Show from C4 to The New Harry Hill Show on ITV

Hardly any of these actually count as programmes that have changed channels.

Harry Enfield did a very diffrent programme on Sky, the only thing that moved over was the star

Midnight Caller and Cartoons are inports (the OP excluded them)

Going For Gold and Everybody's Equal were diffrent programmes to One To Win and Whittle, they just had the same licensed format (the formats are owned by C5's owners). It's the same as Bobs Full House, which has reappeared several times under diffrent names

The Last Word, The Spin and Down to Earth are just co-incidental names

Just becuase I know the paths for many US stuff. This is not counting repeats this if you were to watch the episode premieres in the UK from start to end (or to the current point) this is which networks you will need to have gone thru to keep a straight running line and avoid repeats Confused (make sense to me)
Eg The Simpsons you could of done it from then til now without moving from Sky One. Confused Confused Confused Confused - confsued you will be, I know what I mean

Family Guy: from C4 to Sky One to BBC2
Curb Your Enthusiasm: E4 to BBC4 to More4
Friends: C4 to Sky One to E4
The West Wing: C4 to More4
South Park: C4 to Sky One to C4 to Paramount to MTV
Celebrity Deatmatch: MTV to E4 to MTV
X Files: BBC2 to BBC1 to Sky One
24: BBC2 to Sky One
Sabrina The Teenage Witch: Nickeldeon to ITV1 to Nickeldeon.
Charmed: C5 to Living TV
That 70's Show: Trouble to C5 to Trouble

Slighty confusing:
A 20 year gap seasons 1&2 shown in the 60's then 3,4,5 not shown here til the 80's
I Dream Of Jeannie: ITV (20 year gap) to C4

Mega confusing:
You would have to had to have followed this for over 30 years to get a complete straight running line as made in US 1964-1972 but only seasons 1-3 shown here in the 60's. Seasons 4-6 seasons of this were never shown in the UK til the 1980's then the very last 2 seasons never shown here until 1991.
Bewitched: BBC1 to ITV (20 year wait) to C4 to BSB1 (10 year wait) to C4

The series 42 and up. In 1998 it was shown on BBC 1 despite being a series from ITV. Of course it returned to ITV in 2005 with 49 and Up.

Oh, to keep it more fair some UK shows now that follow the patern above, to keep in line with the 'episode premiers' and not watch repeats would have to move channels.

The Royale Family: BBC2 to BBC1
2 Pints Of Larger & A Packet Of Crisps: BBC2 to BBC3
Little Britain: BBC3 to BBC1
The Adam & Joe Show: C4 to E4
Have I Got News For You: BBC2 to BBC1
The Kumars At No.42: BBC2 to BBC1
Dead Ringers: BBC1 (Pilot) to BBC2
The League Of Gentlemen: BBC2 to BBC Choice
QI: BBC2 to BBC4 to BBC2 to BBC4 to BBC2 to BBC4

(Can anyone get their head around the bottom two its correct just gotta think about it)
