I can only describe it, I've forgotten the name or who starred in it 
It was shown earlier in 2006 on ITV1, as a drama. I think the plot surrounded a young woman who was looking after her mother and there was this mysterious foreign lodger who had lost his wife. She ended up having an affair with him, and I think the question was whether he had in fact killed his wife and/or was wanting to steal the young woman's inheritance.
