Same programme appearing on two channels on the same day

but not simulcasts and things like that. (February 2013)

There was also an occasion when the same episode of Two Pints of Lager was shown on BBC Three and UK[TV] Gold/G2 on the same day, at the same time IIRC.

Murder She Wrote must surely qualify. In some cases the same episode has even been shown.
