Problems with channels on Sky

A colleague of mine says she can't get BBC Three or Four, ITV2 and 3 etc on Sky. BBC One and Two and ITV1, Channel 4, five etc are all fine.

She says that it's since they moved all the channel numbers around.

Also, if she goes to BBC One NW on channel 9XX, she gets nothing, but if she scrolls down a few channel numbers, she gets BBC One NE fine. Then - and here's the funny bit - if she enters 117, she gets ITV2 fine! This works every time but is a bit of a fiddle!

Is her dish misaligned? She says her neighbours have no problems.

i assume she's tried powering down the box, taking the card out and sticking it back in again after couple of minutes?

i used to have this with my old amstrad box and turning it off for a few minutes always fixed it.

Tried everythings like this, but still don't work.

The following channels are all transmitted from the same transponder, so in theory if she can get one of them she can get them all:

BBC ONE London, BBC ONE NI
BBC TWO England
BBC THREE, CBBC
BBC FOUR, CBeebies
BBC NEWS 24

Can she get any of those channels?
