Hi, could any of you help me here please - I have a problem with my printer.
Today I replaced the ink cartridge in my printer but every time I click 'Print' on a document in Word, etc the printer loads up and the paper runs through, it sounds and looks like it's printing normally but when I receive the paper, not one bit of ink is present.
I've tried reseting the printer and computer, using the troubleshooters and printing utilities but with out luck.
Please help me here,
