Princess Nikki, E4

Wednesday 6th September, 10:00pm - 10:30pm

Capricious Big Brother contestant Nikki Grahame tries out a series of different jobs. She spends a day gutting fish on a trawler on the English Channel, before frying up some of her catch behind the counter of a chip shop.

Also, its being repeated on T4 Saturday at 9:55 ...

So, it looks like it hasn't been axed and to me, it sounds like a British version of the simple life Rolling Eyes

i do wonder what goes through the head of executives when they commission these things; isn't there enough of this rubbish on already?

it's sad, but i can really see primetime channel four is soon going to be either shows littered with old big brother contestants and shows about the worlds fattest teenager / fattest mother / fattest dog / fattest women with a jamaican accent following a heart transplant etc.

we've just had god knows how many hours of television dedicated to her stupid made up behaviour, are people so mindless they actually want *more* of it?

Funny how the words "Nikki" and "Simple" go so well together! Laughing

This was mentioned by Russell on BBBM if I recall....or was it Dermot on BBLB?

Funny because last year we didn't hear anymore from the housemates from BB6 - now it seems they're attempting to ram this years lot down our throats.

I reserve judgment until I've seen it. I think it sounds good, and worth giving a chance.

It's the same as the Chantelle thing really - just a one off series capitalising on their short fame span.

I think though now I'm much less likely to watch this than I would have been if Nikki hadn't returned!

Nickis also co-hosting Celebrity Soup with Iain Lee as of this week. Hopefully that won't last...

As much of a hypocrite Charles Allen is, he does have a point when you see this rubbish spewed out...

Mmmm... remember "Test Drive My Girlfriend"!

This isn't primetime C4 people - it's on E4 and filling half an hour which otherwise would probably be filled by an imported format! It's 30 minutes of the week that isn't Friends!

Personally though I'd have rather they did a weekly version of "What the housemates did next?" focusing on all the HMs out of the house trying to extend their 15 minutes of fame!
