Im pleased about that - I really like this series. Another good episode last night and next weeks looks good too.

I'd like it more if Hannah Spearmint didn't have to do a Cameron Diaz and wander around in her knickers and vest every week. It's boring, but that may have something to with the golf course. I.'m beginning to enjoy the monsters though.

Oooh this episode reminds me of a prank i played on Mr H once. After watching that Hitchcock movie about birds. I opened the bedroom window after sprinkling bird seed over his chest. For some reason Mr H now thinks i hate him.

6.2m viewers last night. I notice next weeks final episode features a creature from the future, and adds a new element for the second series.

Interesting idea. I have been very impressed, everybody says that it's a poor mans doctor who, but there isn't much time travelling involved, more things coming into this age, and doctor who doesn't deal with mammals that much. The ideas are great and it's produced brilliantly, and it can only get better with the next series.

Do we think that they will give it another 6 week run, or maybe to an 8 or the big 13?

Last episode in the series on last night - quite fabulous really, although I'm starting to see scenes that seem to be pinched from things like Lost and 24 in it.

Something I've not got round to mentioning properly before is the closing music - I really love the contrast between the fast-paced drumming of the main theme cutting directly to that instrumental rock piece at the end. Anyone know if the closing music was specially comissioned?

I'll actually get to see what it is finally like - almost always go out on a Saturday so have missed it on ITV1 - but from tonight it is starting on Tien (or soon to be rebranded as RTL8 ) at 930pm local time here in The Netherlands.

One slight comment though, all the papers say that it is an American Sci-Fi series - don't they realise that the Brits can do sci-fi as well!!!!!!

The Saturday episodes were repeated on the next day, Sunday in the afternoon I think.

I know they were but Sunday is also a day for football and oing something less boring instead of sitting in front of a TV on a Sunday afternoon!!!!!!

One problem with foreign shows here in Holland they don't have the end-caps so how on earth are ITV going to be world renowned overseas (like the BBC) - how about having an ITV logo or something akin to it in the opening titles like BBC do!
