Price Is Wrong for ITV

I note that The Price is Right is to be axed. ITV seem surprised that wasn't a ratings winner this time round.

Nothing at all to do with the crap host and the down market image it was given then. Or the fact that it was on for an hour and half most weekdays!

Nort surprised. Showing it for 1 hour a day was serious overkill.

What about the times it was shown three times a day.

It says there are still 70 episodes to show, who says they were planning anymore anyway?

there should go back to the 80's Version and update that! get a better host and make it less camp, and have the Come on DOwn better

It was done slightly badly.They should have made it more different,like have him beam the contestants through time and dressed up the contestants as pirates and things.

And if any programme deserved to be battered to death, this is it!

It was always too cheesy for me. I have no buggering idea why they made Plinko oriental, and the models, especially the women, don't do anything, and always look more lost then Guy Goma.

They should try and bring back Bruce's Price Is Right, and instead, show it on Friday evenings. WE WANT OUR FRIDAY EVENING TELLY ITV!!!

Well when it was shown 3 times in one day it was even more overkill.

Yes bring some decent quiz shows back to the Friday 7pm slot instead of it always being Emmerdale.

Completely agreed. No need for the soaps to overtake the evening schedules. (Okay maybe they get some ratings in, but maybe a change? take a risk etc). Fridays at 7pm a decent quiz type of show, through till 8pm!

Brucie did a far better job. Squeaky Joe just doesn't get the crowd hyped up like Brucie used to.
