Press-Ganged

Does anyone know the Start Date for ITV's Press-Ganged

The show was made over two years ago, a girl I know from work was in it & we have all waited this long for it to be aired.

Someone has seen the Coming Soon Adverts on TV so it has to be close

Any ideas??

I only know of CITV's Press Gang that was broadcast in the late 80's/ early 90's.

Scheduled for September 2004. Pulled before broadcast.

Re-scheduled for January 2005. Pulled before broadcast.

Re-re-scheduled for April 2005. Pulled before broadcast.

Re-re-re-scheduled for July 2005. Pulled before broadcast.

Granada/ITV don't seem to have a lot of faith in this show. It doesn't seem to be (re-re-re-re)scheduled for any time before Easter. My best guess: to be chucked out on ITV2 in the summer, if at all.

I was up early this morning for work and I saw ITV Nightscreen advertising the show as 'coming soon'.

And still being trailed on Nightscreen.

I'm sorry but I haven't tuned into Nightscreen lately, so can anyone explain what Press Ganged is all about?

It's Survivor: On A Ship.

ITV1 would do well not to air this. It doesn't seem to be the type of show that would be a success. Maybe they could air it on ITV2, goodness knows that channel needs more original programming.

If they didn't even schedule it last Summer I can't see it airing on ITV1 at all. They don't need another flop that is pulled part way through the series.

They should stick it on one of the digital channels. ITV2 or if its male enough ITV4
