Hypocriticial or what!? Razz

Also one of the tabloids was bizzarely leading with the angle that Big Brother may be axed due to the audit Rolling Eyes

Hopefully ITV will now see sense and bin this channel and all the rubbish that goes with it.
I'm sure someone in that Press Office would be able to spin it in such a way that ITV was taking a responsible attitude, maybe something along the lines of

"After a lengthy and detailed review of our interactive content, ITV has taken the decision to stop robbing our viewers...."

No surprise that's the Daily Star! I bet if India began nuclear testing (again?) it all be down to Jade Goody!

Surely it's just as much a rip-off buying a newspaper and not actually getting any news! Of course though it's probably more due to the press wanting to avert attention from the privacy/paparazzi thing with William's bird!

They have removed the "We'll be back very soon" from that slide now.

That's interesting. I can see only two possible reasons why they might remove that line. Either they think it'll take longer than previously expected to get it back on air, or (and I admit this is partly wishful thinking) they aren't planning on bringing it back at all, and are using this exercise as a way of quietly burying the channel for good.

It's a shame they had to add the bit about hoping to be back soon!

Why don't you just show an image of an evil man twiddling his moustache and be done with it?

"We hope to be back very soon" they say.

Hmm, I don't hope they'll be back at all. Very Happy

Hooray! Should bring back some 'normality' and improvement to the ITV1 late schedules now this lot of fleecing comps are off, because they can't really substitute it with much worse, can they.

I too, hope not. I do instead hope that caption can remain there - if not indefinitely, then for a few years at least!

I glimmer of hope, all that it says now on screen is 'ITV Play is currently unavailable'
