Actually had the same on the Firestick myself. Switched to the TV app and its fine.
P.S. Really not keen on the scores being either end of the scorebar.
I think you might want to check your overscan settings.

Could be Champions League or UEFA Cup football on ITV4/2. He used to be involved in the Euros and World Cups but usually as the stadium reporter rather than host.
When was the last time Jim Rosenthal presented a football match?

Same (minor) issue here on the fire stick watching Wolves v West Ham, the DOG is too close to the right side of the screen.

His last regular football coverage on mainstream TV was the Europa League on Channel Five, up until they lost the rights in 2012, but I believe he's been on MUTV regularly since then and that includes doing some live games.
His presentation work for ITV was a bit off and on. He joined in 1980, initially as a reporter, but because Brian Moore would be commentating as well as presenting, Jim would usually present the live games. But then in the mid-eighties he more or less gave up football to concentrate on athletics (which was a big deal for ITV at the time), but he would still report on the World Cup and things. And then there were periods in the nineties when he would do a lot of football, and then periods when he wouldn't be involved at all and concentrate on other sports like rugby and athletics.
Most obviously when he was doing F1 at the turn of the century he didn't do football at all (with Lynam, Wilson and Logan doing that), apart from the 2002 World Cup. I remember a friend of mine speculating it must have been in his contract that he did the World Cup as his only role was reporting from the stadia in Japan (when the rest of the coverage was from London) alongside John Barnes. I remember at the time people thought that role was such a waste of time but apparently they had a brilliant time as they were on air for about two minutes and John spent the rest of the time signing autographs.
But then circa 2005, he was replaced by Steve Rider on the F1 and went back to football full-time, presenting several matches in the 2006 World Cup and being as prominent as he'd ever been. But then he finally left ITV in 2010 and, as I say, was hired by Channel 5 to do their Europa League coverage, replacing Colin Murray who'd gone to the Beeb.
