Potential new Channel 4 idents launched

So, we have the Football ident and 3 others are due to come. With 3 junctions available, that will lead us up to the start of When Harry Met Meghan.

So there was the new Channel 4 ident. We didn't get the full cut of them! Oooh.

Where did that come from?

Looks to be the four that were sent out for the Core 4 survey. My problem with them is they all seem to have a similar tone. It won't take long until they have to introduce a solemn programme with a cheery Fourscore rendition.

I know it's not the most popular opinion, but I warmed to the last package. I'm going to miss it a little.

Unexpected move from Channel 4 to launch the new set of idents - but also a timely move considering that tonight's Bake Off final will bring an extremely large audience for the channel.

As said previously - infinitely better than the September 2015 set, and also rightfully pays homage to the 1982 pres package.

If you're talking to me, my head. I made them up based on what happened in said ident.

- In "Football", the kids and Giant 4 are playing football .
- In "Transporting", Giant 4 is transporting a group of people to the white cliffs of Dover.
- In "Race", Giant 4 is having a race with some Paralympians.
- In "Shout", Giant 4 shouts over a small town and disturbs the peace.

Unless they have a Sombre ident? Possibly just use the blocks?
