also...Since when has the post been delivered on a Sunday?

The first card was "hand delivered" - Amber had actually just put her card on the doormat to give the impression it had been posted to Dev rather than leave it on the kitchen table or hand it to him; this is why Dev thought Sunita had posted it through the door that morning and was disappointed to find that it was from Amber.

Seeing Dev's upset at thinking the card was from the twins, Amber then went on to place the second card (the false one from Sunita) as if it had been put through the letterbox too.

Pay attention in future!

Tonight you could see Tracey serving food to some customers in the Queen Vic. Admittedly today she only served sandwiches but they do advertise hot food. The question is; where to they prepare it? The kitchen upstairs is supposed to be private and I've never seen them use it to prepare food to sell, recently at least (I'm not referring to the early days here) and also wouldn't conform to hygiene regulations (no separate fridges, sinks etc.).

Also, who prepares it? Peggy and the others are normally behind the bar and they don't employ a cook/chef (and haven't I think since Steve left years ago).

Also tonight in Corrie why did Sally get Rosie a taxi to go on her school trrip when both she and Kevin drive (not sure if they have two cars because you only see either of them drive once in a long while, as storylines dictate). Also I asume the driver was a non-speaking extra but why didn't he/she put the bags in the car as is usual with even private hire taxis (like Streetcars)?

The same reason why when anyone ever leaves any soap, they do so in a cab with one bag

The real reason being if they had used their own car, then they wouldn't have been saying farewell on the doorstep, therefore Craig wouldn't have come over and therefore the whole scene wouldn't have happened Rolling Eyes

rosie was getting a taxi to the school to catch the coach but good question, why didn't sally take her, and where was kevin, surely any decent father would be there to see his daughter off on a school trip

is it me or did helen flanigan (rosie) look cold in that top

Not sure if it's just me, but I notice "real" brands like for example I saw Golden Wonder crisps in Emmerdale.

Whenever anybody goes to the Internet at the cafe in Emmerdale , they go on an internet search engine called 'Poodle'-- with the same fonts and colours as Google!!

I presume Wes was reading the news on Morse . He may not be able to do that on Lewis for much longer!! Rolling Eyes

They should have more internet machines' in the cafe in emmerdale!!!! and what's with the search website name.... Poodle... who at emmerdale thought of that one then - the sheep?

I thought Ian did all the catering from the Beales on Wheels etc.

Notice the sudden thunderstorm in EE tonight - nicely timed so Keith didn't have to clean the windows...

I drive but occasionally get a taxi - perhaps Kevin was out in the car for some reason? What concerns me more is that this terraced street appears to have some amazing off-road parking area for all the houses! Is there a traditional terraced street like this anywhere in main UK cities that is not chock-a-block with parked cars and neighbours claiming to "own" "their" parking space in front of their house?
